HW2-5
How do I reproduce the original stacking sequence [(38/50/12) of HW#5 in MicMac-flex?
Can obtain same Eoi but not same Efi.
Change ply-angle order in theta/1/2/3/4 helps but cannot manage to have correspondence of all Ei at the same time.
Core material and ply thickness are not mentioned in the text, thus I assume have default value. Plus, trying to change them made things worst.
With which MicMac were the original engineering constant reproduced in the HW#5 viewgraph obtained ?
Cheers,
D

same problem
Hi,
I have the same problem as Diego with Efi, hw#5 and hw#6. When I tried with GenLam I got very closed results with the ones in the homework, but here I got 33 plies.
Please help.

Re: HW2-5
Hi Diego,
You should try Genlam, not MicMac 4.3, since the ply position will affect the flex properties.
Good Luck!

It was easier to match with MicMac, as this was more familiar. It is still posible to match with GenLam?

Hi Elen, As far as I
Hi Elen,
As far as I understand, it is not possible. At this point, I am using Genlam to verify my finding with MicMacFlex.
