Perhaps it is just a typo but the MSC license agreement states the evaluation license term ends Dec. 16, 2009...

License Agreement Date for MSC MD-Nastran Edition for Stanford
Thank you for pointing out the date in the License Agreement for the MSC MD-Nastran Edition for Stanford.
We overlooked revising the date in the License Agreement. As Philip correctly points out: the date in the License Agreement currently states the termination date of Dec.16, 2009.
If you examine the License File that you can download to enable the software, it has a 90-day term until April 7, 2010 for the current January, 2010 Workshop. The License Agreement should have been consistent with this date.
