Download issue: Dataplot, tcl830.exe

I was able to download and install files: setup, gs850w32, and gsv48w32. I was not able to install tcl830. I keep getting a pop up window saying "the image file tcl830[1].exe is valid, but for a machine typ other than the current machine." I am using a 64 bit computer, in case that has anything to do with it.
